At YOVA, we want you to be absolutely in love with every piece you receive. Each item is handcrafted with care and love by our artisans, ensuring it’s in perfect shape before we send it your way.

However, if for any reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving it at hello@yova.maison, and we will be more than happy to repair, replace, or refund your item.

We are pleased to offer free returns on all items within 30 days. Whether it's an exchange or a refund, we’ve got you covered. All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with their original packaging, including boxes and dust bags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, worn, or are missing their original packaging.

As a fully sustainable brand, we work with natural materials that, with proper care, will last a lifetime. While we don't accept complaints for wear and tear that occurs after long-term use or improper care, we're always here to answer any questions.
