We want you to be absolutely in love with YOVA’s pieces. Every piece is made to order uniquely for you. Our artisans personally handmade each piece with love and we make sure that everything is in perfect shape before sending it to you.

We know that items can be damaged during shipping sometimes. We are deeply sorry if the piece you received is not in the perfect condition. If you notice the product you received is damaged or faulty in any way please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at hello@yova.maison. We would happily repair, or replace your item or issue a refund.

YOVA offers a refund to the original payment method for all items returned within 15 days. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging, including boxes and dust bags. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are damaged, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging. The customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

As fully sustainable brand, we work with natural materials only. If you take a good care of your item it can last you forever. Saying this, we don’t take complains for damages which happened after wear and tear and not a proper care of the product. We appreciate your understanding.
