However, if for any reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@yova.maison, and we will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

We offer free returns on all products within 7 days of delivery. Whether you wish to exchange your item or request a refund, we are here to help. All products must be returned in perfect, unused condition, together with their original packaging (including the box and cotton dust bag). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.

As a fully sustainable brand, we work with natural materials that, with proper care, are made to last for years. We are unable to accept claims for changes caused by long-term wear or improper care, but we are always here to answer your questions and support you in caring for your YOVA piece.
